Please note we will not take responsibility if your account get banned ! However, we have had no issues as far as we know about accounts getting banned. BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT BE OFFERING REFUNDS, AS ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. YOU WILL BE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AS IT IS OUR POLICY THAT YOU CONSENT TO THIS WHEN YOU BUY ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS IN OUR STORE HogModz.com COLD WAR / FORZA SERIES GAMES / MODDING TOOL ASWELL AS ANYTHING STATED ON THE WEBSITE - Charge backs are against our guidelines and you will be removed and blocked from future use of our service. If you do charge back we will provide with enough evidence to support our claim and to prove you have received your product with everything as stated in our agreements. 

By agreeing with our policy, I understand that this is a payment for a virtual (intangible) item. Physical shipment is not required. I understand that this is a non-refundable transaction. By sending this payment, I agree that I have already received the item and I am satisfied with my purchase, as the item was exactly as described. I will not chargeback as the transaction and service was complete. I confirm that I am the owner of this account and I authorize this payment and continue to proceed with it. If I chargeback, it would be considered to be a fraud/scam and will deal with the consequences. Applies for COD Cold War and all Forza Series As well as Any Modding Tool for Warzone! 

{Forza you can get an account replacement if you get banned. However, proof is needed so please send all the evidence on my discord, as well as, username and I’ll issue a new account. Please note this has to be within the 14 days period of purchasing, any longer it will become invalid and we will not take responsibility of banned accounts}

Yes, it is safe and you will not be banned due to the method we use to add the credits, mod your account/provide the modded account. Forza currently has no anti-cheat system meaning that the only way you can get banned for having a modded account is if a developer manually bans you. Since the prestige and in-game levels of our accounts are not unattainable without mods, your account will not be banned unless you declare it as modded resulting in your account being reported or you misuse the account in-game. Both of these can result in developers becoming aware of the account and therefore, banning it.

Please note, we can offer replacement accounts if your account does get banned, however the ban must be issued for longer than one month and we request sufficient proof of this. Please get in touch with us via the Contact form on this site or by joining our discord server.

Yes, the modded accounts we provide work online meaning they operate perfectly on Horizon Life sessions. As stated previously, modded accounts are very safe to use online provided you do not misuse the account. If the account has been modded and has been banned please contact me on discord to discuss what happened and replacement of a new account free Please note we try our hardest to reply to you so note there will be some delays.

The accounts we provide use Microsoft logins so they are eligible for use on Xbox devices and on PC. If you have requested a new account made by us directly, you can edit the login details (email and password) once you have received the account.

When payment has been completed and depending on whether you have requested your main account be modded or a new account, we will either deliver you the details to an Xbox/Microsoft account that you will be able to log in to or sign into your main account with your permission to mod it directly. Once modding is complete, you can load the game/sign into the account where it will have all contents promised.

Please note, if you are requesting to have your main account modded, we ask that you add us on Discord as we may need to obtain some Microsoft verification codes from you before being able to sign in to the account. By adding us on Discord we will be able to contact you much faster about this so your account is not delayed or later than expected.

Yes, if we have created a new account for you it will come with a random default Xbox gamer tag. You will only have ONE FREE chance to change this. We highly recommend changing the password of your account after you first sign in to ensure that it is secure.

You will not be able to use/play on a modded account without already owning a copy of Forza Horizon 4. The modded accounts do not come with copies of Forza Horizon 4, but are simply logins for playable accounts. If you are playing on a PC, stay signed into the account that owns Forza Horizon 4 on the Microsoft store, and then log into the account that has been modded on the Xbox app if the accounts are separate.

Our site and service are 100% genuine and we have provided accounts to over 500 customers over the past year. We have been mostly working through Youtube and Discord and have accumulated a great reputation and trust with our customers. We are based in the UK so are operating on GMT and we are online every day typically between 8am and 11pm. If you are contacting us from outside of the UK and have not received a response outside of these GMT hours, please bare with us and we will be able to respond as soon as we can. On average our accounts take between 15-25 minutes to mod, however please respect and understand that we are not always available to mod an account straight away if we have prior commitments. Should this be the case, we will always give you an accurate estimated wait time, update you if anything changes and complete the account as soon as we are able to.

In the event that there is an issue signing into your account, please get in touch via the Contact form on this site or by joining our Discord server. Please note that by joining our server we will be able to respond and resolve the issue for you much quicker as that is our main method of contact.

When an account has been modded, the images do not always load or show as expected. In order to resolve this, we recommend changing the car colour/design and saving the change. This then should reload the images as normal.
